What is Reverse Appliqué?

Instead of sewing fabric on top, you layer fabric underneath and cut the design from the top layer to reveal the color and pattern below.

The result is a beautiful textured design like the one shown here.

You can create letters, shapes, or simple designs on a shirt you already own.
