Harmony Hall Makerspace – Refund Policy

1. Individual Classes

• Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the class.

• Partial Refund (50%): If cancellation is made 24–72 hours in advance.

• No Refund: If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the class or for no-shows.

• Transfers: If available, you may transfer your registration to another person or apply credit to another class once per registration, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Multi-Class Workshops / Series

• Full Refund: If canceled 5 or more days before the first session.

• Partial Refund (50%): If canceled 2–4 days before the first session.

• No Refund: If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the first session, or once the series has started.

• Prorated Credit: If a student must withdraw for a documented emergency after the workshop has begun, a prorated credit may be issued at the discretion of management.

3. Monthly Memberships

• Non-Refundable: Membership fees are non-refundable once the month begins.

• Cancellation: Memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent renewal. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before the renewal date.

• Pausing Membership: Members may request to pause their membership for up to 2 months per calendar year with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

• Exceptions: Consideration for refunds or prorated credits may be given in cases of medical emergencies or facility closures.

General Notes

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

• Harmony Hall Makerspace reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. If a class is canceled by the organization, 

a full refund or credit will be issued.
